CNC銑床是利用旋轉的刀具在固定的工件上移動,精密切削出複雜的溝槽、曲面與立體外型。CNC車床則是透過旋轉工件,由刀具進行精準的內外圓徑、端面與螺紋等車削。兩者皆由電腦數值控制,實現高精度、高效率的客製化與量產加工。
CNC Milling Machines utilize rotating cutters that move across a stationary workpiece to precisely machine complex grooves, contoured surfaces, and 3D shapes. In contrast, CNC Turning Machines (Lathes) rotate the workpiece while a cutting tool performs precise turning operations on inner/outer diameters, faces, and threads. Both are computer numerically controlled to achieve high-precision, high-efficiency for both custom and mass production.
